The level of courtesy and attention to patient needs and such are at a different level in this office. They always make sure you are hydrated and comfortable throughout the visit, the chairs even have a massage function if that's what you're into. Dr. BC made sure that the side of my mouth in need of work was good and numb before she began, so I felt almost no pain throughout the entire visit.

I honestly couldn't imagine anyone doing a finer job and will be returning for all my future endodontic needs.

I am in awe of the level of courtesy and professionalism Dr. BC and her team demonstrate. I called at 12:00 pm with a dental emergency because my prior Endo office was not answering the phone nor returning calls and another local office told me they didn't allocate time for emergency issues.

I called San Carlos Endodontics and Viet answered the phone, listened to my issue and kindly advise that they could see me in three hours. When I arrived, the facility was modern and immaculate and really quite beautiful for a dental office. My dental insurance benefits were discussed in detail and x-rays were immediately taken.

As I suspected, I had a root canal failure with some extensive abscess. Dr. BC went to work right away in getting started on my treatment. She was kind, funny and a great communicator. The whole process was as painless as a secondary root canal can be. It made paying the competitively priced balance painless as well.

I am thrilled to have found Dr. BC and her team. Thank you for the empathy, professionalism and kindness you showed me when treating a pretty nasty infection. I won't hesitate to recommend San Carlos Endodontics to anyone in need of specialty dentistry.

Dr BC is a top notch specialist. In fact, I believe she is the best dentist I ever encountered! She is a people's person too, putting a patient at ease. I had a root canal done by her yesterday, and even though it was longer than a typical filling for example, I felt much less discomfort than with average filling. She is highly skilled with the needle too - I felt no bruises or any damage to my gums after the anestesia subsided, and don't feel anything today. In fact, my wife, who worked in dental industry for a while, was surprised to see my face looked 100% normal right after the procedure, and when she saw the before and after xrays, as well as my tooth, she just said "world class". She is as good as it gets. Her office is nice and clean, modern too, the assistant Sara and biz mgr Viet are great. I don't think it gets any better with root canals. In fact, I'd love for her to be my general dentist, but I am not sure she does that.

I am severely allergic to latex. But everyone will appreciate the level of professionalism and knowledge of the best practice principles this entire office operates under. Dr. BC, bless her heart. She and her team are the definition of quality patient care! I was referred by my previous general dentist through my HMO insurance to get a root canal done, but since I'm very apprehensive about getting dental work done I decided to go with my aunt's dentist. I could tell off the start that her primary concern was my health. She called me directly to ask questions regarding my pain and offered an appointment for emergency root canal. Once in her office she made my comfort first priority, she's so caring and her great sense of humor helped me feel less anxious about the procedure. I was in so much pain that I almost cried when I found out Dr. BC would see me the next day, a Saturday! Dr. BC are and her staff were great, she took care of a root canal that had never had a permanent filling placed so was leaking and causing an infection (my regular dentist screwed up) and she prescibed me some pain killers and got me scheduled for follow up. The pain wasn't getting much better and the next day I had some swelling, worse at night, by the time I realized it wasn't just post procedure puffiness it was 9:30 on a Sunday night. I was able to reach Dr. BC and she immediately called in some antibiotics for me to a 24 hour pharmacy. Less than 24 hours later I was virtually pain free. I'm so so greateful to her and her staff. This is the kind of service and compassion I've experienced maybe once or twice before IN MY LIFE! Highly recommend!

If you need a root canal, you absolutely should go see Dr. B-C.

She is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, an outstanding clinician, and a simply delightful person.

The office was comfortable, clean, modern, and pleasant. The heated massage chair, pillow, and blanket nearly put me to sleep. Private parking in the back further simplified the experience.

Dr. B-C and Viet worked efficiently as a team and I felt completely confident in their ability to get it right the first time. They talked me through the procedure, showed me what they were doing, and answered my questions.

Her personal follow up via phone the next day (a Saturday) was unexpected, and reinforced how she cares about her patients.

THANK YOU! I have a love / hate relationship with the dentist. I love my healthy, white teeth, i HATE work being done on them. Imagine my excitment (not) this morning when I learned I needed a root canal and it needed to happen NOW! I was sent to see Dr. BC and with a belly full of anxiety and a mind filled with fear, I sat down. Her very calm demeanor, great communication skills, understanding of my fear and their beautiful & clean offices, I soon relaxed. I suppose the nitrous oxide helped :-) but honestly, in one visit they have become my new 1 stop for dental work. I don't even fear going back...well, thats a stretch. But what a place, so thankful to have found you all. Keep up the great work! You will see me again.

Simply amazing!!!!!!

I wouldn't wish a root canal on anyone, but if you had to have one, Dr. Baldassari and staff are the people to go to!!!!

My root canal was a complicated one, taking way more time than we all thought. Thru the process, even though it was a challenging situation, she was so upbeat, that it especially relaxed me. When it was all done, it was a wonderful experience.

I deal with professionals all the time and I can say that her expertise, skill and bedside manner ranks highest in my book!!!!

To top it off, it's been 3 days and NO pain, soreness and tenderness after this procedure!!!

I highly highly recommend her services!

A virtually painless root canal? A pleasant root canal experience?

Amazing but true. This was my experience with Dr. B-C, as she is known.

If you ever find yourself in that unhappy position of needing root canal, the best thing you can do for yourself is make a trip to see Dr. BC.

Not only is she warm and knowledgeable, she is also extremely patient and sympathetic for what you are going through. She will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable and will put a smile on your face (even though it hurts a little).

Outside of her warm personality, her work is flawless. She and her assistant Viet will work as long as it takes to make sure each root canal is perfect. (She's done three for me, so I think I am qualified to say this.) She always explains what is going on step by step, how to care for it afterward and tips on how to prevent having to see her in the future. Recovery is always fast and she will call you a few days later to make sure the issue is resolved.

She is amazing and you are doing yourself a disservice getting dental work done by anyone else.

My experience with Dr. BC and the entire staff here has been amazing. They are very focused on the comfort and experience of their patients, and their work is hands down the best I've dealt with. They are professional, fast, efficient, knowledgable, and of superior quality. Viet is on the ball with follow ups and confirmations whether through email or telephone. Dr. Tran was very thorough and super friendly. And Dr. BC, not enough can be said about her. She's kind, funny, does awesome work, and does everything in her power to make sure her patients are aware of everything that will happen and executes flawlessly. My daughter was recently referred to Dr. B-C following an accident at school that completely knocked out one of her front, permanent teeth. Our pediatric dentist took care of the actual emergency on the day of the accident, but we needed to establish a relationship with an endodontist for long-term monitoring, possible root canal, etc. We were SO lucky to find Dr. Baldassari-Cruz at San Carlos Endodontics.

I had read about her prior to going to the office and I had read ALL the practice guidelines about how to manage my daughter's case. Dr. B-C has tons of experience in many different settings, and we are lucky that she has decided to settle in our area to establish her own practice. She explained our options and the rationale behind her recommendations so clearly to me and to my daughter. Her recommendations aligned with the guidelines I had already reviewed and she was confident in her treatment decision. I had total confidence in her and never thought twice about the work she did on my child. We were able to start the work immediately so that we can best work toward the goal of saving her natural tooth. And for our next visit, we will go on a Saturday. It is great that she is open on the weekend so we don't have to miss any work or school. My daughter advertises her as "the best dentist" and she specifically commented on how she liked the way Dr. B-C explained things to her so that she understood what needed to be done. She had very little discomfort (only a prick or two before her mouth was numb) and went on with her day following the appointment. Dr. B-C was careful to explain what to expect, describe any red flags, and provide emergency contact information if we had any problems - which of course, we did not. She even called in the evening after the procedure to make sure all was well.

Dr. B-C's office is brand new and has all the bells and whistles. They have massaging dental chairs, great music, a tv if you want to watch a movie or cartoon while you have the work done. She has a wonderful assistant who was also helpful and great with my daughter. Honestly, none of us cared much about the available electronics. Dr. B-C and her staff were so calming, interesting, funny, and easy to talk to that we were not really interested in any of the fancy distractions. Being a healthcare provider myself, I have high standards for the care my family receives. Dr. B-C exceeded my expectations. We look forward to many follow-up visits with Dr. B-C and her staff, but hopefully no more dental trauma!

I was having severe pain in a tooth over the weekend. My dentist recommended Dr. B-C and, luckily for me, she pushed another patient back so she could see me at 8:30 am on this past Saturday. I cannot say enough about HER - not only was she soothing, calming, and knowledgable, she made me feel extremely confident in her. She explained every procedure thoroughly and I felt like I was a top priority (even though I just met her). This may sound funny but I felt like Dr. B-C's office was like a spa - not only does her chair have a, "massage," button (which I used for 1 hour and 45 minutes), the staff even let me choose my own radio station to listen to while working on me. Oh, I almost forgot - they even supplied me with a greek yogurt so that my stomach would have something in it! I give her and her staff a, "10!." If you want the best, go see her!

Dear Dr. BC,
I am writing this letter to thank you for resolving the dental problem that I was experiencing on my upper right side.
The pain, and subsequent abscess involved a tooth that had a root canal done in the 1970's. Apparently, the infection has been there for many years. You were able to surgically save the two roots that were damaged, and replace the loss of bone graft.
While I am still in the healing process, I am now pain free.
I must also thank you for an addition amazing outcome. The pain that I have had in and around my right ear is now gone. While I still have some chronic ear problems, I can now wear my hearing aid with little discomfort, and the pain down my neck no longer exists.

wow. called the office on a saturday looking for immediate help. there are NO endo open on saturday, so i felt lucky to get a spot. front desk person SUPERB. doctor BC is the BEST DENTIST EVER. i am very dentist phobic but had an emergency. the experience at this office was PERFECT.
