Vision Statement

The San Carlos Endodontics Vision Statement:

At San Carlos Endodontics, Our vision is to present a seasoned team of well trained Doctors and Staff to assist the local community and beyond, with their endodontic needs.

This team will provide the best advice, most current comprehensive information, be compassionate, use highly technical equipment, and have advanced skills in using the equipment and materials. We will use gentle techniques, be helpful, and have a courteous attitude.

We want to uplift our team with a safe environment, good communications, consistent training; both in office and at local meetings, have fair and competitive compensation, and provide opportunities to further their education.

We see San Carlos Endodontics growing to be available more days to serve our expanding referral base without sacrificing our treatment outcomes and our kind, efficient and caring behavior.

The level of courtesy and attention to patient needs and such are at a different level in this office. They always make sure you are hydrated and comfortable throughout the visit, the chairs even have a massage function if that's what you're into. Dr. BC made sure that the side of my mouth in need of work was good and numb before she began, so I felt almost no pain throughout the entire visit.

I honestly couldn't imagine anyone doing a finer job and will be returning for all my future endodontic needs.

A visit to the dentist is not on my top 10 lists of things to do, but I had a great experience here with Dr BC and her staff. Excellent service, great explanation and an all around wonderful experience, given the reason for the visit. I would highly recommend to family and friends!
